Banks in 1971 and was reformed into a limited liability company in 1991.  The firm specializes in civil litigation of all kinds but provides a wide array of other legal services including business formation and dissolution, real estate and business acquisitions, estate planning, probate, construction consulting and litigation, and many other legal services.
